Review governing documents (CC&Rs, Bylaws, Condo Plan, Sign Criteria, Design Guidelines, Construction Guidelines, Easement Agreements and any other governing documents)
Provide operational input and/or assist in amending all governing documents for maximum efficiency and cost containment
Bind applicable association insurance policies (GL, Property, D&O, Fidelity, Worker’s Comp)
Schedule, lead, and document the annual and special member and board meetings
Coordinate the preparation & filing of the annual tax return, filing and tax payments

Conduct ongoing common area property inspections
